If you have your own opt-in email database or list that you send a newsletter to or occasional emails to, that is a HUGE advantage. You are many steps ahead of the curve. Sending an individual customized email to this group promoting the Dog Skin Solutions book is an extremely effective way to gain commissions. Start out by offering a weekly or monthly newsletter, or an interesting article with valuable insights in exchange for your prospects name and email address. Another great way to build a list is to offer a Free "Special Report," or a Top 5 list. For example, "The 5 best things to do for your dog", or, "The 5 worst things you can do for your dog's health."

The reader will opt-in to get the newsletter, or Free report. When they opt-in, that gives you permission to send them emails you think will interest them, even promotional ones.

Sending an effective promotional email with a great call to action to a quality list will result in a lot of sales and commission for you.
