Returns
This site offers a standard 30 day return policy on the products we
sell—except for where the refund policy exceeds 30 days (as stated on
the product sales page). Products may be returned within 30 days of the
date of order for an exchange, credit, or full refund. Returns must be
received in "like-new" condition to be accepted. Shipping and handling
are not refundable. In addition, services offered at this site are not
refundable. This includes coaching, seminars, and speaking. All sales
involving coaching, seminars, and speaking are not refundable. Coaching
courses must be used within three months of the order date or they will
automatically expire. Software is also non refundable because of the
nature of the product as well as downloadable products such as eBooks
and MP3s--unless otherwise stated.
Confidentiality of Codes, Passwords and Information
You
agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any Subscriber
Code, username, user ID, or password which you may have received from
this Site, and all information to which you have access through
password-protected areas of this Site's websites and will not cause or

arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in
any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to
an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement,
whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
If
any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in
part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected
thereby.
Termination
These Terms
of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You
may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials
obtained from any and all this Site and all related documentation and
all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of
this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately
without notice at this Site's sole discretion, should you fail to
comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination,
you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies
thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
